Evolution of the Core Four

If you work with your hands chances are you've put on a pair of Mechanix Wear gloves, whether you're enlisted in the military, part of a construction crew, wrenching on vehicles, tackling your own DIY projects or mastering your trade. In 1991, we introduced the Original® mechanic's glove to the #3 Dale Earnhardt team and kick-started the high performance work glove revolution. Before we knew it we were sponsoring all 43 NASCAR teams from the shops to the hands on pit road. It all started with The Original® and quickly expanded to the FastFit®, M-Pact® and M-Pact® 2. Since their inception, the Core Four have seen many improvements to fit, feel and functionality while staying true to their identity and purpose. This Throwback Thursday we revisit the Core Four Mechanix Wear gloves and their evolution through advertising.
